Ayla Vacations Home LLC provides accommodation rental services including:

• Bed space rentals
• Partition rentals
• Room rentals
• Apartment rentals
• Short-term and long-term accommodation

3. Booking and Reservation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Reservations must be made in advance
• Valid identification documents are required for all guests
• Payment terms and cancellation policies apply as specified

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property and other occupants
• No smoking in non-designated areas
• Quiet hours must be observed (typically 10 PM to 7 AM)
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited

5. Payment Terms

• Rent is due on the agreed-upon date
• Late payments may result in additional charges
• Security deposits are required and refundable upon inspection
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Refund policies vary based on notice period
• No-shows will be charged the full amount
• Force majeure events may affect cancellation terms

7. Property Rules

• No pets without prior written permission
• Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis
• Common areas must be kept clean and tidy
• Laundry facilities are available during designated hours

8. Maintenance and Repairs

• Report maintenance issues promptly
• Emergency repairs will be addressed immediately
• Regular maintenance is scheduled during business hours
• Guests may not make unauthorized repairs or modifications

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate with proper notice
• Immediate termination for serious violations
• Guests must vacate by the specified date and time
• Final inspection and deposit return procedures apply

10. Liability and Insurance

• Company liability is limited to the amount paid
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings
• Travel insurance is recommended for all guests
• Company is not liable for acts of nature or third parties

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
